About Travis
Travis Lewis is a Senior Executive Officer who specializes in identifying businesses for possible mergers and acquisitions. He also identifies companies with the right synergies to partner with KMUSA for mutual expansion. With over 14 years of experience providing strategic direction and identifying revenue drivers in multiple markets and industries, Lewis is a valuable asset to any team.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Central Connecticut State University in 2003, Lewis interned with the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce and Connecticut Governor’s Office. He focused on community outreach programs aimed at increasing literacy rates in low-income areas. Later, Lewis became a Series 7 stockbroker for three years, advising clients on investment strategies, risks, public offerings, private placements of corporate securities, and more.
In 2012, Travis became a partner in DDT Transport LLC, a company with an average of 200 million in annual sales. He sold his interest in the company in 2016 and has since become a private investor specializing in providing capital to private businesses with strong leadership and vision, typically experiencing challenges due to growth, outstanding balances, or in need of corporate restructuring.
In 2020, recognizing the need for luxury transportation in Jamaica, Lewis founded Luxury Star Travels LLC (LST) and became its CEO. LST has the largest fleet of luxury sedans in Jamaica and provides luxury transportation to exclusive clients, including professional athletes and celebrities such as DJ Khaled, Cardi B, and Sam Smith. LST is currently expanding its services to include private yachts and water sports.
