Eric Hall is an expert business strategist with over 20 years of sales, marketing, business development, and operational management experience in diverse industries, including automobile, real estate, broadcasting, and the music industry. He is also the proud father of nine children.
Eric received a Communications bachelor’s degree from Columbia School of Broadcasting in New York in 2001. He began his career as an on-air radio personality for 104.3 The Beat and spent ten years as a guest host and news correspondent on the Howard Stern show, learning the industry at the highest level. Howard Stern was syndicated in 60 markets with over 20 million listeners, making it the highest-rated morning radio program in New York from 1991 to 2001.
In 2003, Eric acquired his Series 9 and Series 22 licenses, specializing in corporate securities, variable contracts, municipal securities, options, government securities, and direct participation programs. The same year, he raised 20 million dollars in five months for an IPO “iPractice” and over 50 million dollars for a top-five oil company in less than eight months, with a minimum investment of $250,000.00.
From 2006 to 2008, Eric was a Senior Project Manager for Jagoe Homes, the third-largest residential developer in Kentucky, managing the development of six subdivisions valued at over $100,000,000.00 dollars at the time.
From 2009 to 2021, Eric owned and invested in several businesses in the automobile industry, including service centers, wholesale car lots, and retail car lots.
In the music industry, Eric has had major deals with Virgin Records, New Breed Records, After Dark Records, and London Records. He has been part of the Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum Nappy Roots camp for over a decade, assisting Jonathan Hay on various projects featuring Johnny Depp, Cyhi The Prynce, Young Buck, Cam’ron, Fred the Godson, and the Ying Yang Twins.
In 2015, Eric joined Innovative Healthcare Solutions in Louisville, KY, as Director of Marketing, where he assisted in developing and fully integrating marketing plans to drive significant business growth. He identified products and services for clients, formed strategic relationships with financial companies to provide capital to clients, and recruited, trained, and managed a national sales force. Eric established a network of clients, including internal medicine physicians, family practice, geriatrics, urologists, surgery centers, surgeons, and specialists.
In 2021, Eric became Vice President of Business Development at Key Medical USA. He works directly with the CEO and C-Class Officers of the company to ensure that the company’s mission and strategic goals are met.
