About Don
Don Wolfe is a former Special Forces Colonel (Green Beret) who served in the United States Army for over 29 years in more than 35 countries, including several years working in the Pentagon. His high level of success in the military transitioned smoothly into the private sector, where he remains passionate about helping veterans. He is committed to providing guidance and opportunities for veterans of all military branches.
At Key Medical USA, Don works closely with physicians and other medical providers, providing guidance on the business aspects of the medical industry. He helps clients navigate industry challenges such as discrepancies in provider contracts and fee schedules with insurance companies. Don and his team ensure that clients have access to the latest ancillaries and services that generate residual revenue for providers and produce positive patient outcomes. He also ensures that clients have access to the necessary capital to operate their businesses without financial stress.
For retired veterans who are not medical providers but are interested in working in the medical industry, Don oversees a unique opportunity for veterans to join the KMUSA team as employees or independent contractors. For service members transitioning from the military, KMUSA offers a training program to work in the medical industry.
Don has founded several companies, including PCS Reality in 1999, the first real estate company owned and operated by a military family with a focus on assisting military families during relocation. PCS Reality continues to serve military families after 24 years. In 2008, he founded Attitude Matters, a motivational speaking company. He has spoken at several universities throughout the country, including Ohio State and the University of Louisville, sharing his life lessons with others.
In 2012, Don was recruited by Northwestern Mutual as a consultant and advises C-Class Officers on corporate structure, team building, and leadership. He is also a regular guest speaker for the company. In 2015, he founded SpearTip Solutions, a consulting company that helps organizations and companies maximize their performance. The company specializes in team building, specifically mindset and attitude discovery, to create an environment where everyone shares in “the success”.
In 2019, Don founded 3wSecurity in Tampa, FL, a cybersecurity company that helps clients protect their internet-facing assets against hacks, ransomware, and malicious attacks. Don has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville teaching Organization Development, Career Development, and Talent Management. He is also a proud member of the Bingham Fellow, a group that focuses on educating underprivileged children about the importance of fitness and nutrition.
